I called Fox Services and spoke to Ella and she was PHENOMENAL; she went above and beyond to make a rough situation go SO MUCH SMOOTHER...it was nice to deal with someone who knew their stuff. Then when I went over to get items out of the van once it was towed to their shop she explained the process/next steps and has handled making all the necessary calls. Salvador was in the office when I arrived and reassured me that all would be taken care of (which there was no doubt). The company and employees are very professional, nice, competent, efficient, and produce satisfying results. They communicated with phone calls and texts frequently and always responded back to me answering my questions and providing updates. Once insurance approved the work, Fox went to work immediately. They work with you and actually care about their work and customers. I also had 3M tints put on from Fox which look great and were affordable. It is difficult to find competent and skilled workers/companies today and Fox did great overall. Talk about an auto body and repair shop that goes well above and beyond! Salvador, Ross, and their dedicated team were professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, their work, reliable. All I can say about the result is "wow"! My car looks so much better and they even took care of other issues I didn't have to go elsewhere for. Salvador worked with me given some unique circumstances and put together a great solution for my car, both in body work and regular automotive repair. Fox had a much better price than some of the shops I got estimates from. They completed everything in the same day, which was amazing!
