Fox Auto Services opened in 2019 in Glen Burnie, just off Ritchie Highway, with a simple goal: build a collision center people could actually trust. From day one, we focused on clear communication, doing repairs the right way, and treating customers like neighbors, not numbers.
That foundation is what shaped everything that came next.
Expanding for
Word of Mouth
In the early years, the shop grew the way the best local businesses do, one satisfied customer at a time. As word spread across Glen Burnie and the greater Baltimore area, more drivers started calling Fox a “hidden gem,” not because it was hard to find, but because the experience felt different.
Consistent updates, careful work, and repairs that held up over time turned first-time customers into long-term referrals.
What the
Community Needed - 2023
By 2023, we started seeing a pattern in the community. A lot of places could make a car look great on the outside, but customers weren’t always sure the vehicle was truly safe to drive. So we expanded our services to better support the full condition of the vehicle, not just the finish.
Safety and reliability became an even bigger part of how we serve our neighbors in Anne Arundel County.
Mechanical Repair Today
Training Tomorrow - 2026
That same commitment is why we continued building out our mechanical repair capabilities, so customers can leave with confidence, inside and out. And looking ahead, we’re preparing to launch the Fox Auto Services Academy in 2026.
It’s part of our dedication to the community: helping keep vehicles safe today, while giving future technicians a place to learn, grow, and build a real path forward right here in Anne Arundel County.
